This warehouse is located in the quiet neighborhood by Douglas Avenue. With early 20th century exposed brick walls and concrete floors, this historical industrial building has been an East Nashville Landmark for over 100 years. This newly renovated space is great for parties of up to at least 300 people.
Holding 150 people, this Brooklyn style loft has a living room, kitchen, library, game room, big screen projector, and a subway tiled bathroom. The loft is located inside of the 4000 sq. ft warehouse. The inside has modern wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
Also located inside the warehouse, this recording studio is an “eclectic blend of old and new Nashville.” Holding 50 people, Studio A was designed and built in 2014 by Brandon Metcalf, after the historic Sound Studio Shop B on music row was torn down. Maintaining the history of the space where Paul McCartney recorded half a dozen songs in 1974, the original wooden doors, soundboard, glass, music stands, and other relics have been put into this new setting.
